About Our Congregation

Beth Am Messiah is a congregation of Jews and Gentiles who share a common belief that Yeshua Ben Yoseph, Ben David (Jesus, Son of Joseph, Son of David), is the Messiah foretold in the prophecies of the Tenach (The Bible).

Because Messiah Yeshua brings with Him all the blessings of the Brit Hadasha (The New Covenant), Jews and Gentiles can come together in His Shalom (Peace) and worship one God, the God of Abraham, The God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. We are happy to present ourselves as just such a family.

Mission Statement

We, the people of Beth Am Messiah, are a messianic community committed to the furtherance of the Kingdom of G-d by growing together in the grace and knowledge of our L-rd and Savior, Yeshua Ha Mashiach, and sharing the life changing message of Yeshua's atonement firstly with the Jewish people (Romans 1:16). We also purpose, with the power of the Ruach Ha Kodesh, to integrate with our local Jewish communities, serve the local church regarding their Jewish roots and impact our world with acts of G-d's saving love.

We Believe

God

We believe in the one and only living God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, the Creator of Heaven and Earth (Gen 1:1; Deut. 6:4; Isa. 42:5)

Messiah

We believe that Yeshua (Jesus) is the Son of God and Israel's promised Messiah and the Redeemer of the entire human race. According to Isaiah the prophet he gave his life as an atonement sacrifice for our sins (Isaiah 7:14, 9:6-7; 53:4-10; Psalm 16:9-11).

Torah

We believe the Torah is the inspired word of God, inerrant as originally given; along with the Prophets (Nevi'im) and the Writings (Katuvim), and the Brit Hadasha (New Covenant). They form the complete revelation of God's will for the redemption of Mankind. (Numbers 12:6-8; Isaiah 8:20; 2 Timothy 3:16,17)
